I had a facial and I feel like most of the time was spent massaging. I don’t mind when there is a mask on but otherwise I expect the service to be more of a facial, otherwise reduce the time as I don’t think 1 hour 15 mins is needed.

I would’ve liked to have had the ‘full’ treatment that I’m used to with waxing. Things like: • oil and cream under arms after finished • oil front and back on legs • hot towel front and back on legs • cream and ‘mini’ run down on legs after It took longer than usual however the girl was pleasant so I cannot fault that. Thank you

Salon was very noisy therefore it wasn't that relaxing with the noise of the spray booth and loud talking.

Waited 5 hrs then washed off my spray tan, very disappointed with the results. Unfortunately my tan completely washed off in the shower. Not the result i expected. Was the same the following morning, no tan at all.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present. The therapist was sweet and helpful, however I was left unattended quite a bit during the facial. The music was not working, which also made it hard to relax. On the whole though, the massage was good and my skin was glowing when I left.

I think Emma has P Plates. Very polite and professional in her attitude, although not chatty. It’s nice to chat to distract from the waxing process/discomfort. She took way too long to achieve a passable result. On my top lip she used the tweezers more than the wax. I’m sure she will be fine down the track. But needs more practice…
