I was given a voucher as a birthday present. The therapist was sweet and helpful, however I was left unattended quite a bit during the facial. The music was not working, which also made it hard to relax. On the whole though, the massage was good and my skin was glowing when I left.

I would’ve liked to have had the ‘full’ treatment that I’m used to with waxing. Things like: • oil and cream under arms after finished • oil front and back on legs • hot towel front and back on legs • cream and ‘mini’ run down on legs after It took longer than usual however the girl was pleasant so I cannot fault that. Thank you

First time back after bout 4 years …. Was slight disappointed with my waxing appt … wasn’t quite how I remember! Not sure if my beautician was 100% confident with waxing?

Online booking system needs some work, tried to use a voucher and wasn’t able to do now have the smallest and useless amount left on a voucher. When questioned about it seemed quite defensive and rude towards me. The beauty service itself was amazing although I booked in with one person and got a totally different person and no one mentioned a thing, she was great and was so lovely, respectful and professional.

Hi, we have a combination of senior and new therapist on staff. All our staff hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and have completed a min of 12months study.
