I was given a gift voucher for Ella Bache (Capalaba) and used it for a facial 3 days before my wedding. I was advised to have a chemical peel as part of my treatment, I declined the facial I had was somewhat enjoyable - the therapist had multiple rings on her hands during my treatment I found it a bit unpleasant. I also left the appointment was a rather large amount of product/face mask stuck in my hair/eyebrows - I understand the room is dark during my appointment but the reception area is well lit and none of your staff informed me of the white thick past-like material on my face. I found this out when I got home after completing my shopping - I was not impressed. I will have a hard time recommending you salon to friends and family.

The therapist was young and nervous but did a good treatment. She walked in on me when I was getting changed after the treatment so needs to give customers more time before cleaning up the room.

Stopped in to have a bikini wax and was treated nicely but the young lady hardly removed any hair at all. She did four stripes and thought she had finished. I asked if she could remove more and she told me that would be a g string wax and I told her that would be ok. Please go ahead. She removed a little more from the one side and plucked out a few hairs. Hardly any hair removed Very disappointing. She did tell me to check it when she left the room but decided it was not worth asking again for more hair to be removed. Need to go and have it done elsewhere

I will never return lady was very nice but didn't listen to a word I said my eyebrows look terrible for a straight male anyway.

All the ladies were wonderful and easy to chat with. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the outcome of the service given considering the cost.

Amazing therapist .. absolutely lovely young lady ... would never pay $165.00 for 78 min treatment again though. Not relaxing as could clearly hear laughter and conversations outside room .. have never .. in 47 years had a "pamper" facial .. so ... yeah a tad disappointed that I wont do again with Elle Bache at capalaba.
