I booked in for an eyebrow tidy expecting for my eyebrows to stay relatively the same but made a little neater as I have experienced previously. Instead, so much of my eyebrows have been waxed off and I’ve been given a whole new “shape” which is extremely thin and sparse looking. I feel so disappointed especially as I have been so pleased in the past. I feel embarrassed to leave the house tomorrow morning and will have to wait a rather long time for my eyebrows to grow back to how their full, thick shape. I was asked at the end of my appt if I liked my eyebrows and hoping to avoid confrontation I said yes. What was she meant to do if I had said no, glue them back on? I will not be returning.

I usually see Claudia who is fantastic! Unfortunately she wasn’t available this weekend so I saw another beautician. The eyelash infills look awful, uneven, gappy. The clinician didn’t wear a mask whilst doing my lashes which may not be a issue for others but as a nurse I can’t afford to risk any potential exposure of Covid. I would never return to the store if it wasn’t for Claudias amazing work.

My eyebrows were waxed and tinted and are uneven. She took way too much hair out and I now have extremely thin brows. They start really far apart from each other.

My daughter Charlotte got her eyebrows waxed for her formal. Her skin has been damaged and is an open wound and wax got in her hair

Had a bad experience during a treatment I have received many times before. However the Store Manager was amazing, very understanding and helped smooth over and fix the issue. I will be back because the customer service is amazing.

I feel terrible giving a poor feedback. However, I received a gift card from my daughter for an Express pedicure which costed her $65 from Carindale store. I went to Capalaba for the pedicure. I was expecting a foot bath, lofa and nail care. all I received was my nails cut and filed and nail polish applied. I asked the lady who did the service why I did not receive the full treatment and she said that it is not included even though on the web page an express service for $55 included the above. apart from that my nails were not cut as she said they were too strong. I was disappointed as my cuticles were not even attended too or nails were not buffed. I also paid $55 for an express manicure. Again my nails were cut and then polish applied. I had to keep asking for my nails to be filed as they were sharp at the edges. There wasn't any cuticle treatment or nails buffed. $110 for my nails to be cut and painted I think is extravagant especially for a pension. I recently had a knee reconstruction and awaiting for a shoulder recon. I am unable to bend and take care of my feet. Hence I asked for a pedicure voucher from my daughter who was under the impression she was paying for a treatment. I thought while I was getting a bit of foot pampering, I would have my hands done too. But so disappointed with this treatment. I have been to Elle Bache salon at Carindale and was always happy. The way the service is worded on the brochure is a bit misleading. Whereas the webpage does say from $55 the pedicure and manicure is more than just nails clipped and nail polish applied.
