The entire team are lovely everytime I got to an Ella Bache store, but my experience with Demi today will have me singing her praises from the rooftops! She was friendly and welcoming, professional and personable - a rare combination, and an absolute delight to experience (even though she was inflicting pain upon me haha) I hope Demi is recognised for being an absolutely brilliant technician. I will be coming back again and again!

I booked thisnappt through red balloon and received confirmation of my appointment. I then received an sms from Ella Bache to confirm the booking. On completion of my facial I was charged the full amount and the red ballon voucher was not accepted as the staff said they hadn’t received notification from red balloon even though I had the physical Voucher printed and presented. It was very disappointing after a lovey facial

I booked in for an eyebrow tidy expecting for my eyebrows to stay relatively the same but made a little neater as I have experienced previously. Instead, so much of my eyebrows have been waxed off and I’ve been given a whole new “shape” which is extremely thin and sparse looking. I feel so disappointed especially as I have been so pleased in the past. I feel embarrassed to leave the house tomorrow morning and will have to wait a rather long time for my eyebrows to grow back to how their full, thick shape. I was asked at the end of my appt if I liked my eyebrows and hoping to avoid confrontation I said yes. What was she meant to do if I had said no, glue them back on? I will not be returning.
