A little disappointmented with todays service. My appointment was 45 minutes late, and I wasn't booked in for my haircut which I thought I was so I was told it couldn't be done today. I was unhappy with this because surely the other appointments who had just arrived could of been pushed back 10 minutes considering I waited so long myself.

For the past 2 facial treatments my face has improved so much. Not only my face feels amazing but im so relaxed afterwards and i love Amies knowledge with the treatments. Looking forward to my next treatment and the overall outcome leading to my big day :)
