Had my second PRP treatment with Monique, very messy drawing of blood, didn’t listen to me when I said use the outside vein so she dug around on the inside one for a bit. After successfully drawing blood the needle retracted and spurted blood everywhere. I told her how the first treatment was traumatic due to a similar experience with drawing blood. Monique said nothing to put my mind at ease nor was she apologetic. I had to go to the bathroom as I thought I was going to throw up. Prior to and during treatment (PRP is not supposed to be pleasant) she didn’t offset that by trying to relax me. The treatment felt rushed, I asked for a recommendation for post care serum and she was in such a hurry to get me out the door she didn’t. It’s so disappointing as the clinic itself and most staff, especially Sam are wonderfully pleasant. So sad that due to those two bad experiences I unfortunately won’t be returning.
