Shelby was amazing with my eyebrows and lip tattooing! Used lots of good numbing cream, explained everything, listened to me and was very precise and professional!

Because I am a type 1 diabetic I was unable to begin any treatment on the day of my consultation because I needed a letter from my GP stating that I was able to have treatments. This was very disappointing and had I known this at the time when I was booking an appointment I could have had this issue sorted prior visiting Magnolia. Perhaps this should be mentioned by the receptionist when clients are scheduling an appointment to avoid disappointment.

Hi there, absolutely loved my nurse who treated me “ Mary Ellen”. She has such a comforting and nice energy and makes you really feel at ease. Although my experience was great I would like to note that I personally find it very confronting having to first get photographed from many angles, I believe that should be optional. I came into the clinic with extremely bad skin and the first thing that happened was I was taken into the room, asked to remove my makeup and get photos taken at all angles with so many different facial expressions. I just didn’t feel comfortable considering how bad my skin was that day. I will difinitely be returning but I will most likely request a no photo option if that is possible as the thought of having to get photos again puts me off. Again can’t express how great Mary Ellen is, I feel confident she will be my skin saviour that I so desperately need right now. Kind regards and see you soon. Samantha Munro
