Once again I was a very happy customer leaving Hair Design salon yesterday. It was my usual hairdresser's day off but it was one of those days like I should off had my hair cut like yesterday!! Freya did a great job with my hair, she listened well and made a few suggestions and Wola!!! A brand new style which I love and it will be easy to manage. Good job Freya!

Last minute booking for a wash & blow wave, I was placed with a lovely 17yo apprentice. Although very friendly she obviously lacked experience. Wash was relaxing and thorough. Unfortunately the blow dry was not what I would have expected from a full priced service. Previous experience with principal hair dresser Deb was great. Apprentice needed more guidance but was not offered more than a few pointers. I walked out knowing I would have to redo the mediocre finished result. My experience was disappointing.

Had a great cut from Freya today again. She suggested when I come in next time she will be using scissors instead of the razor twice in a row as it could my hair look a bit thin and frizzled. Loved her input. The most important thing I always say, doesn't matter how good you think you your customer, still always ask how they would like their hair to be cut, styled, blow waved etc. And n take it personal but to learn from the experience
