So upset that my experience at this salon did not meet my expectations. I have never hated my hair as much as I do after my haircut here. I literally hate looking in the mirror. Hairdresser took way too much off then I asked for and has left me with a bob up to my chin when I said I wanted it just off my shoulders. The layers she gave me have given me a circular hairdo that makes me feel like season 2 Monica Gellar after Phoebe cuts her hair The hairdresser I had felt very inexperienced. So, so disappointed.
