FABULOUS EXPERIECE, AS TIME LIMITED, WAS REALLY GREATFULL TO BE ABLE TO WALK IN ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON & GET MY EYEBROWS FIXED, WITH NO APPOINTMENT, AND TREATMENT WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS.

Always a lovely experience in a relaxed environment where I never feel pressured into more than I ask for. Friendly staff service & advice with well researched products. Recommended to locals and tourists in the area.

I had originally booked in for a one hour massage as that is what I had left on my gift card but when I got into the massage room the lady said that I was booked in for a back, neck and shoulder massage for one half hour. I told her that was not correct as I had booked in for a full one hour massage. She checked and said she was sorry that had occurred. As I had in my mind that I was having a massage I said that its ok I will take the massage and now have only $45 remaining so I will have to pay extra now to have a full one hour massage. There was no problem with the massage as it was very pleasant but I was a little disappointed that there had been a mix up. This has never occurred before. Thanks
