Not the best experience. Multiple comments about pressure that is too hard. Hot towel was dripping very hot water all over my body. Skull massage very unpleasant. Overall disappointed.

I was disappointed with my treatment. The staff and salon was lovely but the treatment itself lacked professionalism. I have regular facials in various salons but unfortunately I won’t be going back. The price didn’t reflect the treatment.

As I have frequented this spa in the past I was so excited to finally be able to afford to come back for my favourite hot stone massage as my previous experiences were wonderful. However was sadly disappointed this time. I didn’t want to say anything as didn't want to be 'that' customer or hurt the feelings of the massage therapist. I felt like they didnt quite know what they were doing. Almost no pressure was used, the scalp massage felt like hair was being pulled out and just hurt. I felt like I parted with alot of money for a service I could have gotten from my partner for free. It's really deterred me from wanting to come back 😞
