My experience at Serenity was wonderful. I had a massage and facial by Rebecca. I had a choice out of 3 massage oils and she explained what each one was. Rebecca also discussed any issues I felt I had with my skin prior to the service and what products she would use. At the start of the massage she checked if the pressure was ok, which it was. There was relaxing music, the room was quiet and the services were perfect and just what I needed. I had a heat pack which was moved at various stages, my feet and knees were elevated and even once rolling onto my back, my eyes were covered to still keep the room dark. Very professional and I will definitely be back. The best beauty service I have had in years!
