Was a peaceful, clean environment. Treatment was relaxing, however if you are after a massage where masseuse listens to your request for focus on specific muscle groups this may not be the best place.

The service I paid for was for 60 minutes. I received 45 minutes of treatment only

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the treatment duration. I really do appreciate the feedback and will endeavour to speak to our IT technician to see if we are able to rectify this, to not cause confusion to others in the future. All of our services and treatment times are on our website. Our treatments are 30, 50, or 80 minutes long. If booked online, an extra 10 minutes is automatically allocated—this is not part of the treatment but simply allows our therapists time to change the linen and reset the treatment room for the next client. We always aim to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for our clients, and we appreciate your understanding. A very professional salon offering great service in a relaxing environment. Stocks Dermalogica products which are excellent. no pressure to buy products after a treatment unlike some salons which push their products. highly recommended.

Was a pleasant experience, however the ambience was a little spoilt from hearing about counter staff's personal life for almost 30mins during my treatment.
