Kelly was so lovely, caring and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience really comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted and got it exactly right. Her assistant was great too, and the hair wash + massage was super relaxing. The price was really reasonable for the result I got. Would definitely recommend and will be telling my friends to go!
