Kelly and team never disappoint. She has been my hairdresser for a few years now and I go back because it has been the most refreshing experience in such a long time. They are so bubbly and kind and what makes it unique is that you get the "Korean" customer service experience (including Korean snacks and beverages) AND best head massage AND feel listened to AND can easily communicate w/o language barriers AND price point isn't ridiculous due to K-beauty popularity being exploited AND it is a boutique salon so you feel the cosiness AND the skill and mastery is on point. I don't have a bad thing to say at all because Kelly has all the right things covered and I don't walk out feeling ripped off or treated differently because you're not Korean like some other Korean salons will. THANK YOU KELLY! <3
