This was the 3rd time I have had my hair done by Jess and she absolutely nailed it again. She asked me a series of questions to determine my preferences - what I like, what I don't like. She listened attentively and provided options explaining the difference between each one. At the end, she checked I was happy and provided the opportunity for me to make any changes. But she asked this in a very genuine way, not in the "I have to ask each client this type of question". Jess genuinely wants to deliver the results that her clients are after. I am so glad I found Azure Hair and will 100% come back again and again.
