Shahin and Kunal Joshi have been a team in the beauty industry for 11 years, working in the busiest shopping centre in Perth. Originally operating under a franchise system, Shahin and Kunal both felt that they could offer more to their clients and the industry by operating under their own brand. And so Bang on Brows was born.
What makes them such a great team? Both are dedicated to providing their customers with the ultimate salon experience. Shahin manages the salon and training, with Kunal bringing his management, sales and marketing skills to the mix. Together they lead an engaged, loyal and dedicated team of staff who deliver quality and consistency to every Bang on Brows client.
Over the past 11 years Shahin has shaped and enhanced more than 80,000 brows. She has also trained more than 70 staff in brow shaping and other brow and lash services.
Shahin and Kunal pride themselves in providing high-end services which are reasonably priced. The Bang on Brows team is highly experienced and well educated in both product and service knowledge. Shahin is dedicated to educating her team and stays up to date with industry innovation and best practices.

Being treated by Asal is always a pleasure and joy. The way she relates and genuinely cares for her customers is something all beauty industry operators should aspire to. In my opinion she should be training the rest of your staff on how to engage with and care for your customers. I have reviewed Asal before, but thought then we maybe had a ‘moment’ which has carried on to our continued relationship, but I see her take the same care for all her other clients too, and it just makes you want to come back again and again. Please continue to look after her and value what she does for your business. Specifically: she makes you feel special as you access the salon by smiling, saying she missed you and other pleasantries. She confirms the exact procedure you want and double checks. She explains every step of the process - every time, even though I’ve seen her multiple times. This makes the customer feel safe that we’re on the same page. She checks and double checks whether you want colour/shape changes, again making you feel safe and valued. And finally and perhaps most importantly, she maintains good quality conversation with her clients, making you feel special and valued.
