I was booked in for a half head of foils with costing $200. During my consultation I was advised that I needed a full head of foils and 2nd colour so that she could even the colour between my ends and the top of my head, also advised I needed a cut. I was quoted $550, I wasn’t provided a breakdown of the costing during consultation and no treatments were discussed during the consultation, I did not request any treatments. After foiling Kristy decided that I did not need the 2nd colour. I was in the salon 5.5 hours and all I recieved was a full head of foils. I declined the cut due the length of time I had already been there, and the stylist did not provide a style blow dry she simply blasted my hair with the hair dryer leaving me to exit the salon with some of my hair still wet and very frizzy. Also the ends of my hair are still a different colour to the top so in my opinion the full head of foils was not necessary. When it came to payment I was charged $480 instead of $550. I questioned why a full head of foils alone cost $480 and when I received a breakdown I had been charged $125 for 3 treatments that I did not ask for, and was not asked in the consultation if I wanted these. The quality of colouring/foiling is terrible. It’s patchy, uneven, chunky and stripy. On complaining I was offered a $75 refund for 2 of the treatments but had to go back to the shop to receive it, and offered to have my hair fixed but I will not be returning to this salon due to the poor quality of service.
