Paula is fantastic. I think the owners need to prioritise completing their renovations to the space though. It does not look as nice as it used to.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We agree - Paula is fantastic and the heartbeat of our Salon. ❤️ We are disappointed our renovation works have taken far longer than agreed in our contract with the builder. Unfortunately, there have been issues outside of his control that meant he has been unable to complete the work within the agreed timeframe. We have a new finish date of late January 2023 and we can’t wait for the works to be completed so we can share the new space with our clients. The Ella Baché Team x

Technician was lovely and very helpful, enjoyed the facial but was surprised and disappointed by the pedicure. No pedicure chair, just a foot soaking bath on the floor the same as the one I have at home, no equipment like a hard skin remover/shaver just again a foot file like I have at home. Because I had to sit on massage table for the pedicure, I had to lift my foot up the whole time during the appointment for the technician to be able to see and work on my feet, which was exhausting and caused muscular spasms, was the opposite of what I needed in a pedicure. I think investment in pedicure massage chairs such that are carried in nail salons is required, this has the foot bath in it which they need not carry away, reduces mess and its at a working height for the technician preserving their back and not requiring clients to hold up their legs. Also on the booking site, whilst very handy to have online booking there is no place to put gift voucher, which means ella bache takes out money prior to appointment which is then returned at appointment on presentation of voucher, since its weeks between booking and appointment your out of pocket that money until your appointment time even though you have a voucher.

The service delivery of our pedicures is an issue we have been trying to work on and have recently undergone renovation works to allow us a better space to provide our Pedicures. We are hoping this work will be completed by late January 2023 which will ensure a better client experience. Thank you for raising the issues with our gift vouchers and booking system, this is not an issue that we had identified so we are now looking for a solution. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We look forward to welcoming you back to the salon soon and hope you love the new pedicure space once it is operational.
