New rolla wax possibly doesn't work as well as other application(s) or perhaps a lapse in concentration and not checking to ensure all hair removed from legs. Having been getting waxed for 40 odd years and being an EB customer most of that time, I've come to know that a full leg pretty much goes from ankle to groin (crease where leg meets torso) on this instance I was left with the bulk of hair on my upper thigh.

The young girl seemed very nervous waxing and spent a long time trying to pick a corner of the wax to lift it up to pull off this got very painful. Uncertain if she had not been doing this for long My tint was washed off with very minimal water and my eyes left with Vaseline and stingy. I am a regularly getting my eyelash tinted and this was very unusual. Normally my experience at the salon is great

Usually I’m not one to complain, however the experience I received from a simple arm wax was not so great. The wax was was not pulling hair off, my arms were left terribly red and burning (even a few hours after treatment), there is also patches of hair I can see remaining on my arm, however, the lady was lovely and very apologetic.

I had a different person wax my eyebrows to who I usually see. I advised the girl that Bec who I normally sees has a way with my brows and that I have a funny patch but Bec works with it. She said ‘Yeop I see what she does’ and just made my brows almost half as thin as they were. I’m extremely disappointed and annoyed that this has happened, we’ve worked really hard at trying to even my brows out and disguise a funny patch in one of them and this girl has just undone everything Bec and I have achieved. I now have to draw my brows on so it doesn’t look like I have a random sharp V section in one of my brows.

Unfortunately no towel was provided to me for modesty purposes. No preparation of the area to be waxed was completed. The same gloves were used from a Brazilian to an eye brow wax which I would have thought was not the done thing. No preparation was done for my eyebrows prior to waxing which surprised me as I was wearing eyebrow pencil. Perhaps my understanding is different but I have certainly experienced better.
