It was so good to receive the call that power was restored as we were entering Bairnsdale and to know the appointment could go ahead. My only reservation was there was no discussion of colour for brows and lashes before application. I presume that was because a record was kept from previous appointment. But very happy with the outcome. Thanks.

When l arrived a team member was on the phone and no acknowledgement or eye contact was made. When she got off the phone she very quickly realized I was the 1.30 appointment. Even if you are on the phone , you should still acknowledge a customer standing in front of you. Kim on the other hand was delightful, friendly and professional. I will certainly be back to see Kim again, as this was my first visit.

Overall happy with spray tan. A couple of areas missed. Great customer service/shopfront. A little on the pricey side.
