Thanks for your splendid service today. From Paula's welcome, the ambience of the wait room to Amy's magic on my brows and lashes, it was all wonderful. I did chuckle to myself with your large poster in the wait room citing 'skin as individual as you', the irony being that all the young and naked women looking very similar. I suspect this is material provided by Ella Bache. Not a criticism, but an observation. Perhaps future promotional material could reflect diversity in ages and body shapes/skin types? There was certainly diversity in the wait room.
