the only feedback i would like to give is that I called the reception about 10+ times regarding my appointment; i had to turn up physically to talk about my appointment. the lady in front reception did apologies for not answering the phone and said she was backed up with clients. i believe there should be a system where if there are patients backed up and the phone keeps ringing to prioritize clients accordingly.

The facial was divine. The massage was wonderful. However the treatment time was shorter than booked and paid for (one hour facial treatment). My Appointment started later than booked but finished earlier than booked. Thank you for offering a massage to make up for this timing. Again lovely facial and massage. Also excited to hear of Ella Bache opening in Orbost later this year!
