Lauren is amazing. I have very fair sparse eyebrows and lashes and Lauren somehow manages to make them appear full and wonderful. I love going to see Lauren, she always makes me feel a million dollars and I am very grateful

I like the way liz treat me and advice me she’s very nice and talented, everything is good it just its hard for to get weekly facial because it’s fully booked I guess. I really want to have facial twice a minth but i cant i need to wait till 2 month that’s very sad. I hope there’s a way

The staff at Bairnsdale are great. I always prefer Kim. Paula is lovely to work with in relation to bookings. The business has recently changed hands, so I hope that too many changes are not made too quickly, as the current team is just great and too many changes may not be a positive thing. I am very happy with the service currently provided.
