They didn’t do what I was meant to get a deluxe package but that’s ok what was done was good. Wasn’t really happy with the booking process cause I was also meant to have IPL the same day but wasn’t even booked in. Nice and clean

Hi Maureen, Thank you for your recent feedback and your understanding re your unintentional shortened treatment, you have been compensated for what you did not receiv & we look forward to seeing you again to use the remaining amount on your voucher. In regards to the IPL treatment, we would not book an IPL treatment on the same day as a facial, this can cause adverse reactions that we would need to avoid. Although an inconvenience & misunderstanding for you, your safety is of upmost importance to us. Please call the salon to reschedule your IPL treatment which will be separate from any facial. At a recent Massage, I was asked if I would like a boast treatment, which was explained what that was but at no time did anyone inform me that it would be at an extra cost. Even the form did not have at extra cost next to the tick box yes or no. I feel ensuring you are open and transparent about costs is essential as at $46 or so extra dollars, some clients might not be expecting it to be that higher cost.

Hi Penny, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your therapist most definitely should have let you know that there is an extra cost when adding a booster to any treatment. We have since gone through this again with all staff so they are very transparent with clients that boosting a treatment will be an additional charge and is optional. As a salon and small business we also appreciate and encourage our clients to call the salon so that we can sort it out for you through this avenue.
