My operator was excellent. The range of nail polish to select from was very poor. Please note that I do not like gel or sns. However, having only eight polishes from which to choose was unacceptable for me.

The woman who did my wax was really professional and so kind in her communication. She made me feel very comfortable. I can't remember her name...sorry! The date and time of my treatment was 19/11/24 at 4:30.

Would be helpful for anyone who hasn't waxed before to be told how long to wait after your last shave before coming in, for optimal results/hair length when booking :-)

Overall happy with spray tan. A couple of areas missed. Great customer service/shopfront. A little on the pricey side.

When l arrived a team member was on the phone and no acknowledgement or eye contact was made. When she got off the phone she very quickly realized I was the 1.30 appointment. Even if you are on the phone , you should still acknowledge a customer standing in front of you. Kim on the other hand was delightful, friendly and professional. I will certainly be back to see Kim again, as this was my first visit.
