As much as I enjoy going to the Salon, I am disappointed that they are going to stop opening on a Saturday Morning. As a person who works Monday - Friday, Saturday was the only day I could get waxing done. Might have to look around for someone else who can accommodate my needs

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. Just to clarify we are not closing every Saturday, during winter we will open a Saturday a month then as the weather warms and demand is more then we will open Saturdays again as normal. We are also open late on Thursday night and looking at offering another late night (Wed) to accommodate people that work Mon-Fri.

You say go to link to unsubscribe BUT there is no unsubscribe function. Really hate spam so stop. SPAM not service would mean I would asctively advise friends not to use your company Apologies you managed to hide the unsubscribe function very well. BUT OF COURSE THE LINK DOES NOT WORK. GET WITH IT PEOPLE HATE BEING SPAMED. You have wasted more of my time that the appointment. GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW LONG THE FEELING OF FRUSTRATION YOUR TOTALLY POINTLESS EMAIL WILL LAST.

Paula is fantastic. I think the owners need to prioritise completing their renovations to the space though. It does not look as nice as it used to.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We agree - Paula is fantastic and the heartbeat of our Salon. ❤️ We are disappointed our renovation works have taken far longer than agreed in our contract with the builder. Unfortunately, there have been issues outside of his control that meant he has been unable to complete the work within the agreed timeframe. We have a new finish date of late January 2023 and we can’t wait for the works to be completed so we can share the new space with our clients. The Ella Baché Team x

I had a different person for my apt today. She didn't ask what colour I wanted my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and she did them black!I have blonde hair and pale skin NOT HAPPY!
