Paula at reception is always a fantastic first contact for your salon. I really enjoy her calm and professional manner and politeness. Always reliably consistent in her greeting and welcome. The new therapist I had today (Emma?) is a great addition to the salon. I find her thorough, professional and she gets on with the job in a timely and professional way. Thank you

The head massage was a little too firm for me but my fault as I did not indicate that during the treatment. All in all the therapist was lovely and very good at her job. Will be back soon.

Well presented salon with friendly knowledgeable staff. Relaxing atmosphere with great products & service. I highly recommend the team and the salon - wish I’d discovered Ella Baché Bairnsdale sooner!

Wasn’t advised that I’d be having a test patch done on this service. Not unhappy about it but perhaps clearer communication was needed. I don’t want to feel like a treatment and the pre treatment costs are being dragged out if not need be. Ladies are lovely just want firmer guidance so it’s cost effective for us all

Paula at reception is a credit to your business. Her reliable and consistent high service is such a pleasure. The beauty therapist who I have seen the last few times is excellent. She goes about her work efficiently and politely and gives me time to relax in silence which I much appreciate. Paula please fill in the lovely young ladies name for me here.
