the only feedback i would like to give is that I called the reception about 10+ times regarding my appointment; i had to turn up physically to talk about my appointment. the lady in front reception did apologies for not answering the phone and said she was backed up with clients. i believe there should be a system where if there are patients backed up and the phone keeps ringing to prioritize clients accordingly.
