The treatment rooms are quite small and pocky, for the indulgent experience the room size, lighting and deaucor could be updated

Kim is always lovely. She’s up for a chat and sometimes it’s great to chat while getting things done. The treatment is always great and amazing.

At a recent Massage, I was asked if I would like a boast treatment, which was explained what that was but at no time did anyone inform me that it would be at an extra cost. Even the form did not have at extra cost next to the tick box yes or no. I feel ensuring you are open and transparent about costs is essential as at $46 or so extra dollars, some clients might not be expecting it to be that higher cost.

Response from Ella Bache

Hi Penny, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your therapist most definitely should have let you know that there is an extra cost when adding a booster to any treatment. We have since gone through this again with all staff so they are very transparent with clients that boosting a treatment will be an additional charge and is optional. As a salon and small business we also appreciate and encourage our clients to call the salon so that we can sort it out for you through this avenue. Once again we thank you for your feedback and look forward to seeing you again soon. Love the Ella Bache team

Annabelle was amazing and totally support her treatment. She was professional and caring. ,unfortunately there was a lot of talking in the hallway outside the room which hindered the relaxation atmosphere. I am sure this cannot be avoided!!.. x
