They didn’t do what I was meant to get a deluxe package but that’s ok what was done was good. Wasn’t really happy with the booking process cause I was also meant to have IPL the same day but wasn’t even booked in. Nice and clean

Hi Maureen, Thank you for your recent feedback and your understanding re your unintentional shortened treatment, you have been compensated for what you did not receiv & we look forward to seeing you again to use the remaining amount on your voucher. In regards to the IPL treatment, we would not book an IPL treatment on the same day as a facial, this can cause adverse reactions that we would need to avoid. Although an inconvenience & misunderstanding for you, your safety is of upmost importance to us. Please call the salon to reschedule your IPL treatment which will be separate from any facial. Im not surprised they won so many awards and are number 1 in Vic, this is a beautiful salon with even better staff!
