At a recent Massage, I was asked if I would like a boast treatment, which was explained what that was but at no time did anyone inform me that it would be at an extra cost. Even the form did not have at extra cost next to the tick box yes or no. I feel ensuring you are open and transparent about costs is essential as at $46 or so extra dollars, some clients might not be expecting it to be that higher cost.
