Paula who I met at reception was very accomodating as I had tried to book in two days prior for an appointment, thought it had gone through on the system, and unfortunately it had not. She was able to call in Lilly who arrived within 20 minutes. I had such a lovely consultation, and my facial experience and massage was 10/10. I felt it was worth every dollar I spent, and I really appreciate how focused Lilly was in giving me a great experience.
