Had the same facial 2 weeks prior. This time a different person and it wasn’t the same as the last facial. My skin felt gritty and was not as yellow or golden as the previous facial. Would probably have it again but will request the previous person.

Hi Terry, thank you for your feedback. I have spoken with your therapist regarding your feedback to find out why it was different from the first one. The therapist you had followed protocol for this facial but the think that was different from your first one was that she applied sunscreen at the end of the facial . Due having the first facial at the end of the day, sunscreen was not applied. This would explain the colour difference between both of the facials. The product is absorbe and infused with the quigong balls as per protocol. The woman who did my wax was really professional and so kind in her communication. She made me feel very comfortable. I can't remember her name...sorry! The date and time of my treatment was 19/11/24 at 4:30.
