This would be the worst waxing experience I have ever had. It was way more painful than necessary.There was wax left everywhere and the therapist had a very strange technique she aggressively picked at the wax with the wooden spatula to check if it was dry enough to remove and would cover large areas that had to be ripped off in multiple attempts. I can't express to you how bad this whole experience was. I have been getting Brazilians for 20+ years and this was terrible. I actually had a spray tan from the se technician last year and that was also a very poor standard. I was orange and patchy everywhere. She needs more training or you will lose customers.

Unfortunately no towel was provided to me for modesty purposes. No preparation of the area to be waxed was completed. The same gloves were used from a Brazilian to an eye brow wax which I would have thought was not the done thing. No preparation was done for my eyebrows prior to waxing which surprised me as I was wearing eyebrow pencil. Perhaps my understanding is different but I have certainly experienced better.

I had a different person wax my eyebrows to who I usually see. I advised the girl that Bec who I normally sees has a way with my brows and that I have a funny patch but Bec works with it. She said ‘Yeop I see what she does’ and just made my brows almost half as thin as they were. I’m extremely disappointed and annoyed that this has happened, we’ve worked really hard at trying to even my brows out and disguise a funny patch in one of them and this girl has just undone everything Bec and I have achieved. I now have to draw my brows on so it doesn’t look like I have a random sharp V section in one of my brows.

Usually I’m not one to complain, however the experience I received from a simple arm wax was not so great. The wax was was not pulling hair off, my arms were left terribly red and burning (even a few hours after treatment), there is also patches of hair I can see remaining on my arm, however, the lady was lovely and very apologetic.
