Before coming for my facial, I was looking forward to it but hadn’t had a very good experience in the past, hence I was a little worried as to whether I would enjoy it and see a difference. I had Yam as my consultant. Yam was the most knowledgeable and professional person I have ever met in this field. She has extensive experience and gave great advice and explanations of the treatment! I didn’t want the treatment to end! I had the Powerhouse facial and would go back in a heart beat to have it done again, by Yam! Thank you Yam for making it such a great experience!
