The consultation was very quick and I ended up leaving not happy with the result. The beautician seemed to want to get the job done quickly and there was little care. I’m not happy with the final shape and will not be returning

Because I told the beautician I had never booked an eyebrow sculpt before and didn’t know how it differed from an eyebrow wax/tidy, I expected an explanation. At the time of booking I had been told the eyebrow sculpt took longer than a normal eyebrow shape. I expected a discussion with the beautician about what options there were for my eyebrows, perhaps be shown some images, or asked about my preferences, but nothing like that happened. I was really disappointed with the outcome. I mentioned a concern that there could possibly be more arching and the beautician did a further tiny action that made almost no difference. I felt that as she had made no effort at all to discuss the process or enquire about what I wanted, it made me just want to walk away quietly. I didn’t feel special and I don’t like how my eyebrows now look :(

Waxing service- beautician missed a lot of areas.

I was really unimpressed with their pre-treatment phone service. Waiting 9 minutes on hold with what seemed to be a broken on-hold recorded message does not leave you with a calming feeling. I received a call 2 days prior to my treatment attempting to move my appointment to earlier or later the same day, but they weren’t interested in the “earlier” time options I gave them. Then on the morning of my appointment they called to say my therapist was sick, even though I’d booked with “any therapist”, and needed to delay my booking. Having said that, the treatment itself was very relaxing and my therapist was lovely. The facilities were also appealing. I think they would do well to work on their phone service.

I love BR as far as the over all feel and presentation, however most of the time the girls at the reception desk at not welcoming. I feel they put on a fake smile and can’t wait for you to leave so they don’t have to serve you. I’m not sure it’s because they are young or if they don’t like their job but it’s not a nice feeling from a customer experience perspective.

The store is to cluttered. I was sitting down and constantly had to move my legs for people to walk past due to it being so over cluttered. Theirs is to mich in this store and has taken the class out of beauty on rose.
