I have had many deluxe pedicures at BOR. Scout was lovely and friendly however I felt the Pedi I had this time was disappointing. Seemed rushed, less relaxing. Not up to usual standard for the high price.

The beautician Linh was professional & friendly The issue is I felt for the cost $219 I felt the treatment was not intense enough The demo was light & the other treatments such as blackhead removal was not thorough I feel I've got more blackheads to remove.

I got a full leg wax. Really upsetting the bottom half of my leg was not smooth, it was still prickly, seemed the waxed may have only ripped half the hair follicle off. I had told my lady that I came to beauty on rose for a wax bc I knew they’d do a good job because when I’ve gone to nail salons for wax’s my legs are always left prickly and the same thing happened here… really upsetting cause it was expensive. I got a wax because I wanted to avoid shaving whilst on my holiday and now I’ll need to shave. I only noticed when I got home but as I was going overseas I couldn’t go back and I was too shy to call.

This a great business, in fact i have been attending for many many years. but im sad to say that my last few visits it feels like its lost its heartbeat. The strength of this business was the service it provided the smiling faces, the warmth of reception etc, but its sadly changed. dont get me wrong the massage was still good, but not to the usual standards i had come to expect, it was the little things, like having to book thorugh AI with no opportunity to ask it to provide additional feedback on other add ons, to reception looking bare and lifeless, building was looking tired , to not being asked things like which oils i prefer during treatment, if i wanted water etc, or even the sit down one would normally have with the therapist before treatment. Perhaps I'm sounding like an old hag, thats not my intention, but the owner has clearly built a great business, the business has typically been progressive , maybe its going through a transition, i get it, im in business and i understand the strain on small business, but it would be great to see some life back after all its a great space, has heaps of potential to be amazing again and after all these years it would be sad to see it decline.

There was no music playing in the room which made it less relaxing. The therapist left the room to ask for the music to be played but still no music. Also I was booked in at 1 but didn’t get called in until 1.10 (the therapist apologized for running late) but my 90 minute booking still finished at 2.30
