Usually really good experience at Beauty on Rose but found today’s therapist really unapproachable and difficult to discuss my concerns with prior to treatment.

Incredibly unhappy with the service provided. At the end of the appointment as I asked for some stray hairs to be removed from my eyebrows I was told “generally clients don’t have this much hair for this appointment type” what an awful comment to be made especially considering I have been coming to beauty on rose for my eyebrows for years under the same appointment booking however with a different employee (Yam who is incredible and is deeply missed while on holidays!). I will never recommend Hannah to anyone. I walked out feeling awful about myself.

The ritual experience was meant to be 90 minutes. It started at least 20 minutes late and finished early. I did not get a scalp massage and very little shoulders, arm hand and foot massage. The massage was very slow with lots of no hands on time maybe preparing oils but it seemed to take a long time. As the name specialty I expected more.

Despite recurrently asking for more pressure in the massage I did not receive the service requested.

Person providing treatment was good staff at desk need to improve I felt one girl was a little abrupt when she said it’s not your turn I am serving her first. Little did she know the person and I already spoke prior. It didn’t fell great. I think at times BOR is losing some boutique and person touch. Didn’t leave me thinking gee that was a great experience

There are more photos. The tan was the worst I’ve ever had. So many parts of my body not even sprayed. I’m so disappointed. I called a few times but there was either no answer or the business was closed (3pm Saturday). I got this spray tan for my birthday and was told the beautician doing my tan was the best. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it’s beside the point. I paid for a service in which previously (april2024) was done amazingly . I wish I could say the same for this time around. I had to wear closed shoes which wasn’t part of my originally planned outfit.
