Comment
The scores that I provided were based on a comparison to the services available in Melbourne rather than on my satisfaction. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. However, I think there are areas for improvement. The environment was busy and the staff seemed to be run off their feet. This impacted their ability to take the time to be more hospitable. The retail store detracts attention from the spa. Your staff are very nice; the quality of products; facilities and massage is all very good. I think the atmosphere needs improvement and more attention to detail in creating a spa experience.
