The last two times I’ve been to BOR I feel the massage has ended in less than an hour by 5 mins. The towels smelt, my head rest was broken and even though asked to increase pressure twice I felt it wasn’t addressed. There were no hot towels to remove oil at the end & for the price and place that you are I feel it’s not nearly as good as a few years ago. I don’t usually leave reviews or feedback but felt I needed to this time. Thank you.

The massage was very nice, though when asked if there were specific areas I would like her to focus on I said my neck, shoulders and head. She briefly massaged my shoulders, though didn't work on my neck or head at all. It was unfortunate as the rest of the experience was very pleasant.

I was given a $100 gift voucher for my birthday which I used today. Apparently, you came highly recommended. I chose the particular treatment because I thought it was 60mins long - I must have misheard as I later discovered it was a 50min treatment - which is ok except the facial did not go for that long (though it was amazing!) I arrived just before 1pm, waited around for a bit, filled out the form, had a chat with my beautician before getting undressed and onto the very comfortable bed, then I was up getting dressed at 1.40pm (my payment receipt shows my payment went through at 1.46pm. I am disappointed and feel slightly ripped-off as it was a treat I don't get often - but I did enjoy the massage very much.

The ambience of Beauty on Rose is beautiful!! Had a manicure/pedicure treatment which was lovely & relaxing. I also had shellac on my finger nails and polished on my toes. Unfortunately the application was was not of a high standard for a $190 package. The young lady who attended to me today was lovely .

The scores that I provided were based on a comparison to the services available in Melbourne rather than on my satisfaction. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. However, I think there are areas for improvement. The environment was busy and the staff seemed to be run off their feet. This impacted their ability to take the time to be more hospitable. The retail store detracts attention from the spa. Your staff are very nice; the quality of products; facilities and massage is all very good. I think the atmosphere needs improvement and more attention to detail in creating a spa experience.
