I had a pedicure and it looks like the solution used for the heels got onto other parts of my feet and has irritated the areas. Your staff should take better care in how they do their work. I have a function on Sunday and unfortunately my feet will be looking not that great. The service was provided on Monday 28/11 and this photo taken today 3/12. This is only one photo but I have these marks on other areas of both feet. I was only able to upload one photo.

Lovely staff and environment but for price I shouldn’t have dry raised cuticle bed. Paint job not great. Again, lovely staff but should look better for the price. More training?

I was gifted a 90 minute massage for Mother’s Day, my appointment was at 4:30pm I arrived 10 minutes early to allow time for paperwork briefing etc.. the therapist didn’t see me until 4:35pm who then went over the treatment details etc which meant the massage didn’t start for another 10-15 mins. my treatment finished at EXACTLY 6PM I’m extremely disappointed with this as I did not receive what I paid for. Not recommended.

For some services at Beauty on Rose I feel the person is more focused on pushing me to buy product than the service I am seeking. I really do not like this about Beauty on Rose, a hard sell every time. In this instance I went for a consultation, a trial to see if I had any reactions to laser treatment and the girl asked me to purchase $169 serum and I didn't even know if I would react or not? Some not right with that, the focus is the sale not my well being.

I believe the standard of professionalism with each service is very different, which can make the price point feel steep. The results are usually quite good, but the customer experience needs improvement.

I was left gobsmacked at the register. I had always enjoyed the lux experience of the rose pedi and paid extra for that lux experience. But the recent price hike is insane! I thought over a $100 was a bit indulgent but $145 is absolutely ridiculous. I've been a customer for years but thats the last straw for me
