I always have a great experience but this time I think I had someone who was very inexperienced with waxing. Lots of waxing over the same spots, I left with lots of wax on my body and many areas that were missed of hairs broken but not taken out. This has never been my experience before with other beauticians at beauty on rose. The beautician also had a cold/runny nose which was a bit unnerving being locked in a small room. I hope I don’t get sick now.

The service was ok. I had some microdermabrasion, I have an uneven treatment. One side of my face was treated different to the other. I had infront of my right ear done but not the left, not under my chin and not even on my jaw line.During my shoulder massage it wasn't painful at the time but my god are my shoulders painful now. With my scalp massage I had my hair pulled to the point it hurt and have a headach. My scalp massage was also in the same spot not all over. e.I also dislike being pushed for products after treatment it just ruins the experience. I love this salon I have been coming here since it moved from Monnee Ponds. I ask politely to not be booked with the same beautician as it's not the first time I have been unsatisfied with service.

I was very much looking forward to this massage experience but sadly was very disappointed. I told the lady about my sensitive skin but the products used on my face left it red, blotchy and sore for days afterwards. I also woke up the next morning barely able to walk as my back was so sore. Normally you are asked what pressure massage you like but I was not asked. The massage was a very hard pressure and hurt quite a lot at the time and for days afterwards. What I was looking forward to the most was the head massage. After such a hard pressure massage on the rest of my body I was expecting the same for my head. However, it only lasted a few minutes and I could barely feel it. I love Beauty on Rose and have been coming here for over 20 years, but I have to say that even with 20% off, this experience was a huge disappointment.

What is usually a 40 minute wax tool over an hour and 5 minutes. As well small parts of was still remaining on my legs, waxing off my legs strips were ripped slowly and multiple times in the same areas due to it not coming of properly the first time. Had to remind waxer to wax part of my bikini that she missed. The waxer was very pleasant and kind but my experience was not unpleasant, not worth the price and resulted in me running late to my next appointment.

Hi, I added on an Epiblade to my skin elixer facial and was out of the room in 55 mins for both. It felt rushed and I didn’t appreciate paying for an ‘add on’ that takes time away from the other treatment rather than adding time.

I was disappointed with the body treatment. I expected to experience a luxurious and rich skin feel at the end of the treatment. I was also hoping to just slip into my evening dress for my black tie event but that was not possible with all the dead skin left on my skin. I had to shower at home to wash away the peel, the product build up. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t done the facial at the same time as the body treatment. There was a bit of overlapping and doubling up of services. I am only providing this feedback as constructive criticism and not as an angry, hateful customer. I will be back. All the best.
