It would have been great if the room was warmer, i’d recommended the therapist ask a client how do they find the temperature in the room, add adjust accordingly, especially as this was a full body massage. I didn’t feel like i could properly relax and immerse myself in the experience because i was slightly cold. Another suggestion is to ask the client how do they like the pressure of the massage at the start of the treatment, i didn’t get asked tonight. Lastly, my preference in a spa treatment is having an environment that’s more ‘earthy’ and warm, which i find to be more welcoming. The purple light and the sheer curtain covering up shelves and other things looked a little untidy, just my opinion.
