I had a ‘lovely’ masseuse, but unfortunately, with only a few weeks training from your establishment, it was just not good enough for $130. This is a bed reflection on your management, not on the masseuse!

Pretty disappointed with the service received from the ladies at the front desk, they were quite rude. Also, you’re full using the same recliners that you’ve had for years, it maybe time to get them professionally cleaned, they looked very dirty. Also charging what you do, I would expect more than coconut oil to be used on my feet. I usually got to Miss nail bar at south Melbourne market and thought I’d give you guys a try being so close to home, the lady who did the service was lovely, however using non sterilised products is so old school. Time to step it up. Also, just a word of advice, please speak to all your staff (as I’m not willing to say who) about asking clients if they’re pregnant, or when their baby is due. It is the last thing they should be said to woman. I’m not pregnant. Thanks

I came with my daughters for a tan for my daughters wedding. Out of the 3 of us mine was the best. My youngest daughter had several places missed on hands /feet. But more importantly the bride had previously come in for a trial to ensure she had the correct colour on her special day. She was told there were no notes on her file and they did not know what she had previously done - very disappointing!! Her colour turned orange on her hands and elbows very upsetting for a bride on her very special day. Would love yo know why this happened from such a reputable company which lots of our friends and family use ??

Just felt there was no professional service regarding massage, was left with oil all over my chest& arms

Luxurious experience! However, I paid 50 minutes and it ended early with 40-45 minutes. Besides the timing, it was not worth the money because the treatment was more of a scalp massage than facial. The jade roller was only for 2-5 minutes. She also spent more time to wrap my hair and just leave the mask on my face, or prepare for her next step. I believe she took off my hair wrap thinking the facial was over, realised there was some time left, and put it back on and used the rest of the time to scalp massage. Meaning 30-50% of the time was a true facial making it feel very short and not professional. I didn’t really feel hydrated afterwards either. Maybe I chose the wrong treatment routine, but I will not be coming back.
