Hi have been coming to your salon for years and always great service, today I had to come home and pluck hairs that were missed during waxing and I think I will need to come back next week for waxing again. The beautician was lovely but very young so maybe not as through as more experienced staff that I normally deal with ..she did give me mirror to check but due to dim lighting I couldn’t see anything whilst I was there. I’d appreciate a More experienced person next time if possible. Maybe better lighting for staff when doing facial waxing might help too thanks Cat

I’m slightly confused, whilst I visited Beauty on Rose, my treatment was completed by what’s considered an external stakeholder, so not direct part of Beauty on Rose, hence why I couldn’t use my voucher towards treatments. Ainsley is amazing, couldn’t have asked for better service, knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend her. As for Beauty on Rose staff, I can’t actually comment unfortunately.

The massage therapist was lovely and it was very relaxing and therapeutic. The staff were lovely. However, didn’t receive 90min of massage as I had booked My appoint was 1110 , I arrived at 11 and filled in the appropriate paperwork and paid . I wasn’t collected for the massage until 1120 by the time we spoke and undressed and was ready it was 1130 . When I got up to dress it was 1240 - that was disappointing The bathroom area was a little untidy and no hand towels and no toilet paper
