I usually have a very good experience at beauty and Rose but I felt like my experience tonight was a bit chaotic. There were many customers, it seemed like there was confusion and I was booked in for an appointment on the wrong date. I specifically requested an appointment tonight. The lady on the phone this morning said see you tonight. I had been booked in for the following Thursday night and was sitting there waiting. After 20 minutes I posed the question and asked what was going on with my booking. It was only then that they realised there had been a mistake. Anyhow, I’m putting this down to Easter weekend craziness. My recommendation would be to be a little more organised next time and on top of appointments. Thanks

I usually do my own waxing to save money because it is something I can do myself. I had started treating myself to getting waxed at BoR because I am very busy with three children and running our own small business but am uncomfortable about spending the money on something I can do myself so it is considered a real treat. Unfortunately I was left disappointed after my last visit. My legs had a very sticky residue that could not be removed with water. I unfortunately have to say I get a better result doing it myself. I will find if difficult to justify the expense of a profession wax in the future. I am providing my feed back purely to give you the opportunity to improve. Your venue is gorgeous and my technician was delightful.

A very relaxing facial much needed at this time of the year. My head could have been a little higher but I didn't say anything to the beautician. I'm happy not to receive advice as it's more relaxing than having someone suggest I should be using this and that product. Overall a lovely experience that was over too soon. I would come more often if I could afford it, but it's a nice treat.

My therapist Lyn had a lovely sweet demeanour and professional touch. I would be certainly happy to she her again. However, upon entry into the salon it wasn't a warm friendly welcome it was just an acknowledgement and going through the motions I felt. The shop is quite big and overwhelming when you walk in, it wasn't the beauty clinic or day spa feel I was expexpecting, felt like walking into a airport gift shop. Having someone greet you at the door and lead you too the desk would be an impressive point of difference that would overcome this I believe. Also on exit I was lead out to the gift shop and left to wait for someone to acknowledge me. It was a nice experience but not a very warm one on entry and exit. Hope this is taken as the good natured constructive feed back as which it is intended.

I have had quite a few massages at Beauty on Rose and they have all been wonderful. This massage however wasn’t the best one I’ve had. It certainly didn’t go for the full hour. I also felt cold during the time l was in the room. It wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t as good as other massages I’ve experienced there.
