The lady I had was great. Just incredibly expensive for what I got. Wouldn’t recommend because you can get equal service and products used for less.

I advised Jennifer my bottom lashes either don’t take too well or the beautician can never quite get them all. She said ok I’ll get them for u. Took off the tint and said oh the bottom lashes didn’t take. I will make a note so next appt I will colour bottom ones first and leave it on for 5 mins then do top. She should have said let me try again for u. I’m not happy with that. Showed me in the mirror and I said yes they didn’t. Won’t be returning. Angie Emiris

I did not appreciate being asked to pay before I receive my treatment so that “we don’t have to complete payments after we close”. An then charge a surcharge on top of something I haven’t received yet.

My last pedicures have been sub par! This last one left me with burning toes from heavy scraping followed by alcohol rub. The shellac didn’t dry and had to be reapplied and finally the paraffin wax was so hot it burnt my feet. It’s made me a big gun shy - not sure if I’ll go back

I was very disappointed with my visit. After having waited for months to be able to use my wonderful Christmas voucher,as many others have and looking forward to and setting aside a wonderful 1.5 hours just for myself the person who took my phone booking was very I knowledgeable about the treatment I chose and failed to book in the extra half hour facial I asked specifically to be added on! This after having purchased a $350 gift voucher the day before as a special treat for my pregnant daughter in law which I am now concerned she may not get the professional administrations that I thought Beauty on Rose is about! Very unhappy.
