It was a lovely experience BUT I didn't receive the facial that I had booked in for. I booked RESTORE which included microdermabrasion which is what I really wanted. I received a relaxing facial only. I thought this was odd at the time. The lovely girl that I paid on the way out confirmed that I had received a different facial which was just a relaxing one. I feel a little sad that I didn't get what I had booked. Everyone was really lovely though so I didn't feel comfortable to say anything.... :(

My treatment today was beautiful however I was supposed to get a little massage with it which i did as quite looked forward to and I did not. My Daughter was Next Door having the same treatment and she said she had a nice head and shoulder massage. I only got a little rub which was lovely, but I was looking forward to the massage also.

Customer of many years but this is the first time I have ever been “forgotten “ after being checked in! 15 minutes later I was attended to. Very apologetic but not really good enough.

I had booked a makeup application appointment for myself and my friend, I called on the Friday to confirm the appointment which was what we had booked which was correct, however they called my friend on the Saturday to confirm the appointment on the Saturday for an earlier time. They did not specify that the times needed to be moved earlier and did not inform myself the organiser of the appointments that they needed these moved earlier. Therefore called us to inform us we were late for our appointment, and upon arrival stating they would see what they could do for us because we were late. We were not well informed that the appointments needed to be moved earlier and were disappointed that they did not try to achieve maximum results and the service seemed rushed so they could finish up by close of business.
