I have had quite a few massages at Beauty on Rose and they have all been wonderful. This massage however wasn’t the best one I’ve had. It certainly didn’t go for the full hour. I also felt cold during the time l was in the room. It wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t as good as other massages I’ve experienced there.

Felt like the little extra pampering touches were kissing this time - very short scalp massage, no shoulder or hand massage. Not as good as usual tbh.

I used the infared sauna as part of the heal and renew package. The staff member turned on the sauna as I got into the room and she set it to 70degrees and a 30 min timer. During the duration of my 30 min session the sauna only heated up to 40 degrees. When I told the staff member she apologised and passes the feedback to the reception. When I spoke to reception she said that's normal and it's suppose to be cold and gradually get warm but I disagree. They only took off $10 off my final price. When I got home I realised a sauna session is worth $55. I was not happy with the sauna experience.

We weren't called in until the time of the appointment and then the massage finished right on 11am, so technically the massage only went for 50minutes as opposed to the full hour which was unfortunate.

I have no problem with the experience on the day but after a week my gel nails are all peeling. They usually last me a month! Not happy, as it cost a lot more than I usually pay. I’m not very happy with the product and will like to be recompensed.
