Had a facial and the experience wasn't great Left feeling quite anxious - skin was red and felt irritated when i left and during facial it was burning /felt quite sunburnt/tingly - throughout the whole thing - would subside to start with but 2nd peel was not pleasant - have had a facial before at another salon didn't leave with this type of reaction/feeling. I don't have any allergies to anything-

My appointment was 15 minutes late and finished early. I went in at 5:45pm, my facial started at 5:50pm and was finished by 6:13pm. It’s disappointing when you pay for a service which is supposed to be for 40 minutes and feels rushed and does not go for the time allocated to the treatment. I have been coming to beauty on rose for years and this is my first negative experience. Just was not relaxing to feel rushed. I’m saying that, the therapist was lovely.

Beautiful environment and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, however I did not find the treatment value for money and it also did not match what was advertised on the website. I explained what my concerns were as far as my skin goes, and did not receive advice on how to address this moving forward, but there was a focus on selling me as much product as possible which I wouldn't necessarily call value for money.

I found the atmosphere absolutely beautiful. The place was beautifully presented, but I found my massage was very very average.

I love your salon and the range of treatments however I feel an upgrade is necessary. The chairs for nail treatments are very uncomfortable and the pedicure chairs are not as comfy as they could be and don’t recline back enough. This would make the experience even better.
